Cancellation Policy
All scheduled services are subject to the following cancellation terms: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 12 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will forfeit the booking and be considered a late cancellation. A $20 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee secures your spot and covers administrative preparation. It will not be refunded under any circumstance, including cancellations or no-shows.
